First Step: Phone or Video Consultation.
A brief phone conversation or video chat will help us determine if we might work well together. We will talk about what you're looking for help with, and I will tell you more about how I work. To schedule a free 15-minute consultation, please click here.
Second Step: Scheduling.
If we determine that working together might be a good fit, we will find a time that works for both of us to meet for our first session. Sessions are 50-minutes long and are generally scheduled for the same time each week. Prior to our first session, I will email you paperwork to fill out along with directions.
